Paul’s background is as a professional advisor and mentor in finance, strategy & planning, corporate development and fundraising. Paul lays down his free time in service to his offspring overlords.

Neil has helped hundreds of business leaders to define and communicate their mission. He qualified as a coach in 2001 and has helped train over 600 coaches in 4 countries. When not lifting spirits Neil is lifting weights – he’s currently training to compete at the 2016 British Powerlifting Championships.

Michael is an expert when it comes to making and testing gadgets. He puts his considerable talents to use helping entrepreneurs get to grips with the state-of-the-art equipment in the Innovation Lab. He spends his weekends wearing a lace-trimmed ruff and doublet for public history demonstrations.

Emma works alongside the region’s entrepreneurs who are looking to make a positive impact.

Emma has impressive experience working with start-ups, and has been active in the enterprise community. Once named an ‘eco-warrior’ and working in sustainability for twelve years, Emma believes in the importance of creating impact on the world.

Mike Greene is a serial entrepreneur, Secret Millionaire, author and passionate advocate for Peterborough. He has volunteered his time to offer 1-2-1 advice and mentoring to Serious Impact ventures, based at Allia Future Business Centre Peterborough on Thursdays.
An accomplished and well-known business entrepreneur and angel investor, Mike is also a Director/Chairman of nine companies including Dot.com, trade associations, charities, marketing and retail organisations.

The first point of contact for newcomers to the programme, Ania keeps the Serious Impact ship running smoothly, and more importantly keeps the rest of the team out of trouble!
